Lisa Lansing, Crystal Morning Star, has been working with the energy + physical bodies for more than 30 years. Her interest in the energy world led her to Energy Medicine where she has been blessed to work with different Pacos, mystics and healers over the years. The wisdom teachings of Andean Q’ero Pacos, crystal healing, Sunreed sound healing, various Shamanic traditions, flower essences, Buddhism, Taoism, and Functional Medicine inspire her lifelong commitment healthy, spiritual living. 

Lisa uses a variety of healing tools in her work to help clients heal including crystals, flower essences, diet, stress release, breath work, supplements, herbs, Functional Medicine self-care protocols, intention and guidance from ancestors and helping spirits. Through direct experience, Lisa can help you release old trauma and destructive patterns of behavior, or she can help your body on path toward homeostasis, a path that is free from disease and excessive medications! 

Lisa helps her clients shed their pasts, resolve problematic health conditions, and move on to lead lives of fulfillment and purpose. Her number one objective is to help you unleash your innate ability to heal yourself.

Lisa is an enthusiastic flower gardener, Crystal Healer (CCH), Sound Healer (CSH) and Reiki Master (RM), Energy Medicine Practitioner (EMP) and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP).  She is in love with beautiful energy and the shining sun inside the heart.

She offers Functional Health Coaching, Energy Medicine sessions, sound baths, guided meditations, Shamanic Journeys, crystal grid programs and Health Building Workshops.

She is also Specialized Master Teacher for the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, an energy-based movement system that helps defy aging and promotes health, and owns a movement, healing studio in Cleveland offering expert instruction in the GYROTONIC® and Pilates methods - which she created more than 20 years ago. Her functional + energy medicine practice, Coral Poppy, is located next door to her movement practice, Inspiral Motion. The Coral Poppy name refers to her favorite grounding stone, coral, and poppy is her favorite garden wildflower. She lives with her family in the urban forest of Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
