As you get to the kitchen:
12oz Lemon Water
Lemon Juice will help your body’s ph balance to become more alkaline. This creates a great environment in your gut for good bacteria to be strong and proliferate, and a hostile environment for the viruses and bad bugs.
After you finish your lemon water:
Green tea if desired. Then, S. bourlardii.
This will help calm the hangry bacteria in your gut who are telling your brain you are starving.
15-20 minutes later:

Morning:
Breakfast if you need it.
Avocado, 2 eggs, salmon, nuts. Eat healthy fats only if you are intermittent fasting.
Lunch options:
Smoothie with flax seeds, coconut oil, avocado, lettuces, blueberries – make your own concoction! This is rich in phytonutrients and good fats!
Vegetable soup
Salad Bar – make it as colorful as possible
Whatever you choose to eat, make sure you add healthy fats and resist carbs.
Snack options
Nuts and seeds, green juice, nut butters, olive or walnut tapenade with celery, hummus and veggies, fruit salad
6:00 pm:
Dinner
Make part of your dinner warm so it’s easy to digest. Include healthy fats. If it’s a protein night, have salmon with salad and seeds. Try to eat a variety of different kinds of fruits and veg every day.

Tips to remember:
Limit your eggs to 4 each week. Limit your meat intake to 4-8 ounces per week. Fruit and carbs only between 12 – 6 daily. Drink water through out the day with or without lemon.
